欧美信息职业对图书情报学人才需求的调查与分析

摘　　要：调研美国、英国和加拿大招聘网站,从招聘单位类别、岗位设置、知识和技能要求、工作经验要求等方面分析欧美信息职业对图书情报学人才的具体要求,从课程体系与培养方式、基本职业能力培养、信息技术应用能力培养、实践能力以及自身综合实力的提升等方面对图书情报学教育提出建议。Recruitment information websites in three countries including America, Britain and Canada are investigated in this paper. This study counts and analyses recruitment information from types of recruiting companies, post setting, knowledge and skill requirements and working experience. Based on present situation of talent demand of library and iuformation science for foreign information profession, this article makes suggestions tot education of library and information science in five aspects： the curriculum system and cultivation modalities; the training of basic occupational ability; the training of information technology application ability; the improvement of practical ability; the enhancement of comprehensive literacy of students.
