摘 要:以水泥、玄武岩纤维和环氧树脂微胶囊为原料,制备微胶囊玄武岩纤维/水泥自修复复合材料,研究纤维掺量、微胶囊质量分数、水灰质量比和养护龄期密度对复合材料超声波性能的影响,采用正交试验确定微胶囊玄武岩纤维/水泥自修复复合材料超声波性能的最佳配合比。试验结果表明,超声波声时随着纤维掺量、微胶囊质量分数及水灰质量比的增加,均呈现增加的趋势,随着养护龄期的增加而降低;超声波波幅随着纤维掺量的增加变化不明显,随微胶囊质量分数及水灰质量比的增加均呈先增加后降低的趋势,随养护龄期的增加而增加;超声波频率随着纤维掺量的增加变化不明显,随微胶囊质量分数及水灰质量比的增加均呈先增加后降低的趋势,随养护龄期的增加而增加;复合材料经损伤后修复,超声波波速修复率为113.67%,恢复率为101.04%;超声波波幅修复率为175.07%,恢复率为102.32%。Microcapsule- basalt fiber/cement self- healing composites are prepared with cement, basalt fibers and microcapsule de- signed with epoxy resin as cores. Influences of contents of fibers, lengths of fibers, mass fractions of microcapsule, mass ratios of water to cement and the curing durations on the ultrasonic performances were studied. The best proportion of ultrasonic properties of self - healing composite was chosen by orthogonal design experiments.Results show that the times of ultrasound rise as the increases of con- tents of fibers, mass fractions of microcapsule and mass ratios of water to cement.When increase the curing duration of the composites, the times of ultrasound decrease. Amplitudes of ultrasound do not change significantly with the increase of contents of fibers. As the in- crease of mass fractions of microcapsule and mass ratios of water to cement,the amplitudes of ultrasound show a trend of decrease after increasing at first. When increase the curing duration of the composites, the amplitudes of ultrasound rise. Frequencies of ultrasonic do not change significantly with the increase of contents of fibers.With the increase of mass fractions of microcapsule and mass ratios of water to cement, frequencies of ultrasonic reduce after increasing at first.When increase the curing duration of the composites, the frequencies of ultrasonic rise.Composites can be repaired by self- healing microcapsule spontaneously after damages.The healing and recovery rate of speeds of ultrasound are 113.67%and 101.04% ;The healing and recovery rate of amplitudes of ultrasound are 175.07% and 102.32%.
