结直肠腺癌组织中c-JUN氨基末端激酶、E-选择素、血管内皮生长因子-D蛋白表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨c-JUN氨基末端激酶（c-JUN）、E-选择素（E-selectin）、血管内皮生长因子-D蛋白（VEGF-D）蛋白在结直肠腺癌发展和转移中的作用。方法 收集2012年8月~2014年9月于北京市海淀医院手术切除的正常大肠黏膜组织标本（20例）和结直肠腺癌标本（50例）,应用免疫组化法检测标本中c-JUN、E-selectin、VEGF-D蛋白的表达,观察c-JUN、E-selectin、VEGF-D与临床病理的联系及c-JUN与E-selectin、VEGF-D的相关性。结果 1结直肠癌组织中,c-JUN、E-selectin、VEGF-D蛋白表达的阳性率（84%、78%、92%）显著高于正常大肠黏膜组织（5%、10%、10%）,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;2c-JUN、E-selectin、VEGF-D蛋白的表达与Dukes分期及有无淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）;3c-JUN与E-selectin呈正相关（r=0.6394,P〈0.05）,c-JUN与VEGF-D呈正相关（r=0.6592,P〈0.05）。结论 E-selectin、VEGF-D蛋白与结直肠腺癌发展和转移有关,c-JUN可能调控E-selectin、VEGF-D的表达。Objective To investigate the role of c-JUN, E-selectin, VEGF-D protein in the development and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. Methods From August 2012 to September 2014, 20 normal tissues and 50 colorectal carainomas samples from surgical resection in Beijing Haidian Hc,spital were selected. The expression of c-JUN, E- selectin, VEGF-D protein in these samples were detected by immunohistochemistry, the relationship of c-JUN, E- selectin, VEGF-D with clinical pathologh was observed, and the correlation of c-JUN with E-selectin and VEGF-D was analyzed. Results ①The positive rate of c-JUN, E-selectin, VEGF-D protein （84%, 78%, 92%） in colorectal tumor tissues were significantly higher than those in normal tissues （5%, 10%, 10%）, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. ②The positive rates of c-JUN, E-selectin, VEGF-D protein were associated with Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05）. ③A significant positive relation was observed between the positive rate of c-JUN and E-selectin （r = 0.6394, P 〈 0.05）, and a significant positive relation was observed between the positive rate of c-JUN and VEGF-D （r = 0.6592, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of c-JUN, E-selectin, VEGF-D protein may be involved in the development and metastasis. The expression of E-selectin and VEGF-D may be regulated by c-JUN protein.
