综合护理干预在胃癌患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在胃癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2012年8月-2014年8月收治的86例胃癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,比较两组干预前后的护理满意度、SAS和SDS评分及Spitzer生存质量评分。结果观察组的护理满意度为95.35%,显著高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组护理干预后的SAS和SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组干预后的Spitzer评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预可缓解胃癌患者的心理压力,提高护理满意度,改善其生存质量。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gastric cancer. Methods 86 cases with gastric cancer from August 2012 to August 2014 in our hospital were selected and ran- domly divided into the control group and the observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given usual nursing care,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Nursing satisfaction survey,the score of SAS and SDS,Spitzer QOL score was compared. Results Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07% of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The score of SAS and SDS after nursing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Spitzer score after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can ease the psychological pressure of patients with gastric cancer,improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
