文化适应理论下的高校民族学生成长环境的养成

摘  要:民族学生从本民族文化环境到非本民族文化环境,变化了生活方式与文化氛围,面临着诸多不适应。影响民族学生文化适应的因素主要有两方面:一是学生自身方面的因素,包括文化差异与生活经验、智力与非智力因素;二是学校方面的因素,包括自然生态环境、文化生态环境、制度理念环境等。本文分析了高校民族学生在学校教育中的文化适应现状及影响因素,提出了高校民族学生成长成才环境的养成原则、策略,为我国高校有效开展民族学生的教育管理提供理论借鉴和实践参考。Students from ethnic and cultural environment of the nation to the non -ethnic cul- tural environment, changes in the lifestyle and culture, faces many suited. Factors affecting the na- tional student acculturation has two main aspects: First, the students themselves factors, including cultural differences and life experiences, intellectual and non -intellectual factors; Second, school factors, including the natural environment, cultural and ecological environment, institutional con- cept environment. This paper analyzes the college ethnic students in school education in accultura- tion status quo and influencing factors proposed to develop the principles of university student growth and success of national environmental strategy, provide a theoretical reference and practical reference for the effective implementation of the national university students'education management.
