摘　　要：大学是现代社会知识生产和传播的基地,大学精神是社会的灵魂,表征着时代的精神状况。学术生态环境是大学精神的风向标,直接决定着大学目的和功能的顺利实现。学术生态环境的异化源于行政权力的过度压制和社会功利思维的宰制。尊奉大学的精神和理念、建立现代大学制度,是重建合理的学术生态环境,走出功利、浮躁和虚夸的必由之路。University is a base of knowledge production and dissemination of modern society, while the university spirit is the soul of society and represents the spirit of the times. The academic ecological environment is an indicator of university spirit, which directly decides the university the smooth realization of the purpose and function. Academic ecological environment of alienation is the result of the excessive suppression of administrative power and social domination of utilitarian thinking. The gist of the university spirit and concept and establishment of the modern university system is the only way to reconstruct the reasonable academic ecologi- cal environment, to break away from the utilitarian, impetuous and grandiose aura.
