摘　　要：肺功能是临床一项重要检查,但其概念抽象,不易理解,检查过程中容易出现因缺乏沟通、配合欠佳造成的结果偏差。我们通过对肺功能操作人员语言及非语言技能的培养,提高医务人员肺功能检查中的医患沟通能力,构建和谐医患关系,保证医疗质量。Pulmonary function testing is one of the important clinical measurment. It can not be understood easily because of its abstract conception. Sometimes the result will be deviated, which is attributed to lack of communication. Through the skill training for the operator of pulmonary function testing, we want to improve the doctor-patient communication ability, to ensure the clinical quality.
