国产钢轨的性能研究与质量分析

摘　　要：研究了国产钢轨化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、非金属夹杂物、低倍组织、轨端淬火层形貌和硬度等性能和质量指标的现状及其新的特点。结果表明 ,国产钢轨的内在质量有了一定程度的提高 ,但外观质量有待改进 ,轨端淬火质量还不稳定 ,另外 ,连铸坯钢轨的低倍组织形貌与模铸坯钢轨存在差异。This paper studies the properties, quality and characteristics of the present China made rails. The result shows that, the internal quality has improved, but the external view leaves room for improvement. The quenching quality of rail end is not stable and the external view of sulfur prints between continuous cast and ingot is different. So issues concerning rail manufacturing and application are discussed in the paper.
