摘　　要：医学教育部门应该充分认识到继续教育基地的重要作用,在此基础上建立科学管理运动体系,促进医学教育事业的不断发展。本文作者通过总结多年的继续教育管理工作中的经验,对实施过程中的具体做法、措施以及取得的成效进行了总结分析。Medical education department should ful y realize the importance of continuing education base, is established on the basis of scientific management movement system, promote the development of medical education. In this paper, the author through summing up years of continuing education management work experience, the specific measures, in the process of the implementation of measures and the results achieved are analyzed.
