摘　　要：航拍视频监控的应用日益广泛,而有限的信道容量和存储空间促进了新压缩技术的提出与发展,这其中,针对人眼的视觉特性,基于感兴趣区域的视频压缩编码技术发展迅速。全面分析总结了基于感兴趣区域的视频压缩编码技术在航拍视频编码中的应用。As the application of aerial video surveillance has become more and more popular, the limited channel capacity and storage prompt the development of compression. In particular, the video compression coding based on region-of-interest considering human visual system have received great attention. This paper thoroughly reviews the recent advances of video compression and coding based on region-of-interest.
