摘  要:为了提高逆变器的效率和性能,提出了一种新型的谐振直流环节软开关逆变器。通过在传统硬开关逆变器的直流环节添加辅助谐振单元,实现了逆变桥开关器件的PWM软开关动作,同时辅助谐振单元的开关也为软开关操作。减小了逆变器中的续流二极管和辅助谐振单元中的二极管的反向恢复损耗,且开关器件承受的电压都没超过直流电源电压。经10 k W的试验样机验证了该软开关逆变器的有效性。A novel resonant DC link soft switching inverter was proposed to increase the efficiency and performance of inverter. Auxiliary resonant unit is added to DC link of conventional inverter to realize soft switching operation of all switching devices in inverter. Auxiliary switches are also operated under zero current switching( ZCS) or zero voltage switching( ZVS). Reverse recovery losses of main diodes and auxiliary diodes are minimized.The voltage across switching devices is no higher than dc-source voltage. In addition,the control is simple and less dependant on load current,and the time of transition is freely selected. The equivalent circuits at different operation modes and the analysis of the circuit were presented. A 10 k W laboratory prototype was built. Experimental results were proposed to confirm the validity of soft-switching inverter presented.
