中西医结合疗法治疗复发性口腔溃疡50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清胃败毒方配合西医常规疗法治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的临床疗效。方法:将100例ROU患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组,用冰硼散涂敷溃疡面;地喹氯铵含片,含服转移因子胶囊;口服甘草锌颗粒。观察组在对照组的基础上加服清胃败毒方,每天1剂。2组疗程8周。结果:经有序资料χ2检验分析,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后5天,疼痛评分、其它症状体征评分较治疗前下降,溃疡面积和充血面积均较治疗前缩小(P<0.01);治疗后观察组疼痛评分、其它症状体征评分低于对照组,溃疡面积和充血面积小于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后3月,对照组复发21例,复发率42.0%;观察组复发9例,复发率18.0%,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清胃败毒方配合西医常规疗法治疗ROU近期和远期疗效均有良好效果,优于单纯西医常规疗法。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Qingwei Baidu decoction combined with conventional western medicine therapy in treating recurrent oral ulcer（ROU）. Methods： One hundred ROU patients were randomly divided into control group（50 cases） and observation group（50 cases） by random number table. Patients in the control group weregiven ulcer-surface coating with Bingpeng powder, and oral use of dequalinium chloride buccal tablets, transfer factor capsules and licorzine granule. Based on the treatment for the control group, patients in the observation group were treated with Qin^ei Baidu decoction additionally, one dose per day. The treatment course lasted 8 weeks. Results= The results of chi-square test of ordered data showed that the curative effect of the observation group was superior to that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. After 5-day treatment, scores of visual analog scale（VAS）for pain, scores of symptoms and signs , ulcer area and congestive area in both groups were improved（P 〈 0.01 compared with those before treatment）. The scores of VAS forf pain, scores of symptoms and signs, and area of ulcer and congestion in the observation group were superior to those in the control group（P 〈 0.01）. The results of follow-up for 3 mouths showed that recurrence rate was 18.0%（9/50） in the observation group, and was 42.0%（21/50） in the control group, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Qingwei Baidu decoction combined with conventional western medicine therapy has obvious short-term and long-term effect in treating ROU.
