健脾疏肝行气法配合穴位注射治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾疏肝行气法配合穴位注射治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良临床疗效。方法:选取接受治疗的脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良患者84例,将患者随机分为2组各42例,治疗组以健脾疏肝行气法立方配合穴位注射治疗,对照组采用多潘立酮片进行治疗,观察2组治疗1疗程和2疗程的临床疗效及治疗前后症状积分的改变。结果:治疗1疗程后,总有效率治疗组64.3%,对照组45.2%,2组治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2疗程后,总有效率治疗组85.7%,对照组66.7%,2组临床疗效总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前后症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗后症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾疏肝行气法配合穴位注射治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良针药并用能快速有效改善症状,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of therapy of invigorating spleen, soothing liver and activating qi combined with acupoint injection for functional dyspepsia patients with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation. Methods： There were 84 functional dyspepsia patients accepting the treatment. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 42 in each group. The treatment group was treated with therapy of invigorating spleen, soothing liver and activating qi combined with acupoint injection , and the control group were given Domperidone tablets orally. The clinical effect and the symptoms scores in both groups were observed after treatment for two and four weeks. Results. After two-week treatment, the total effective rate was 64.3% in the treatment group and was 45.2% in the control group, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. After four-week treatment, the total effective rate was 85.7% in the treatment group and was 66.7% in the control group, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. Significant difference of symptoms scores was found in both groups before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and between the two groups after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion= The therapy of invigorating spleen, soothing liver and activating qi combined with acupoint injection for functional dyspepsia patients with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation shows good effect on relieving the symptoms rapidly, and has good prospects for clinical application.
