摘　　要：提出能力培养、能力强化、能力提高的"三层次"能力递进教学法,并以555定时器教学设计为例,具体说明如何实现"三层次"能力养成.教学实践表明,教学效果较好.The teaching method for cultivating the three levels ability is put forward. It contains three levels, cultivating ability, strengthen ability and enhance ability. The instructional design of 555 timer is gave an example, in order to introduce how to cultivating the three levels ability of students. The teaching practice proved the teaching effect is good.
