摘　　要：从安全管理的角度,提出了化工安全管理能力的概念且提炼出化工安全管理能力的四个一级指标,即人员、设备、环境、制度。将四个一级指标又细划为十二个二级指标,进而建立了化工企业安全管理能力评价指标体系。最后,运用AHP法对各项指标进行重要性评价排序,结果表明:员工安全管理能力和设备安全管理能力是影响化工企业安全管理能力的主要指标。With the viewpoint of safety management, the paper put forward the concept of Chemical safety management capability and refined four primary indicators ,which are personnel, equipment, environment and institution. At the time, the four levels are divided into twelve secondary indicators to establish the index system of chemical enterprise＇s safety management capability. In the end, this paper used AHP method to analyze the importance of indicators. The results showed that the capability of Employee safety management and the capability of equipment safety management are the main indicators to affect the ability of the chemical firms＇ safety management.
