除风益损汤加味治疗白内障人工晶体植入术后慢性虹膜睫状体炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨除风益损汤加味治疗白内障人工晶体植入术后慢性虹膜睫状体炎的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院接受白内障人工晶体植入术且术后出现慢性虹膜睫状体炎的患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组给予常规的抗炎、抗感染药物和短效扩瞳药治疗,观察组在此基础上给予中药除风益损汤加味治疗。治疗时间为3周,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及平均治疗时间。结果:经治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率92.7%(38/41)明显高于对照组的75.6%(31/41),差异有统计学意义(字2=4.50,P=0.03)。观察组的平均治疗时间(6.9±2.1)d明显短于对照组的(12.1±2.5)d,差异有统计学意义(t=10.20,P=0.00)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重的不良反应症状。结论:除风益损汤加味治疗白内障人工晶体植入术后慢性虹膜睫状体炎的疗效显著,治疗有效率高,安全性好,能缩短患者的治疗时间,具有临床推广和应用价值。Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Chufeng Yisun Decoction in the treatment of chronic iridocyclitis after cataract intraocular lens implantation.Method：82 patients with chronic iridocyclitis after cataract intraocular lens implantation in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine anti-inflammatory,anti infection drugs and short acting mydriatic drug therapy,the observation group was treated with Chufeng Yisun Decoction on the basis of the control group.Duration of treatment was three weeks,the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared.Result：After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 92.7%（38/41）,which was significantly higher than 75.6%（31/41） of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.50,P=0.03）.The average treatment time of observation group was （6.9＆#177;2.1）d, which was significantly shorter than （12.1＆#177;2.5）d of control group,the difference was statistically significant（t=10.20,P=0.00）.Symptoms of serious adverse reactions were not found in two groups of patients during treatment.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of Chufeng Yisun Decoction in the treatment of chronic iridocyclitis after cataract intraocular lens implantation is remarkable,with high efficiency,good safety,can shorten the treatment time,have clinical promotion and the application value.
