准分子激光上皮瓣下磨镶术治疗近视手术的全程护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨准分子激光上皮瓣下磨镶术(LASEK)治疗近视患者全程护理方法,观察和分析全程护理干预效果,为临床护理提供依据。方法:选择本院2012年1月至2013年10月行LASEK近视患者166例,根据护理方法分为对照组和观察组,对照组82例152只眼近视,采用常规护理;观察组84例155只眼近视,采用全程护理。主要观察指标为患者术后的效果和自觉症状,两组术后视力和屈光度恢复情况等,并评估两组患者焦虑和抑郁等状况及满意度。结果:两组术后1周、1个月和3个月平均视力和屈光度差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1个月平均视力和屈光度分别为(1.13±0.10)D和(0.74±0.09)D,对照组分别为(1.02±0.13)D和(0.89±0.17)D,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后SAS和SDS分别为44.36±2.29和43.28±3.13,均低于对照组(56.14±2.08和54.09±3.16)(P<0.05);观察组服务很满意为77.38%(65/84),明显高于对照组的62.20%(51/82)(P<0.05);观察组服务不满意为3.57%(3/84),低于对照组的17.07%(14/82)(P<0.05)。结论:LASEK对治疗近视有良好疗效,全程护理有利于降低患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,有利于患者术后视力的恢复,并提高患者满意度。Objective： To study the nursing method on the whole course nursing of laser epithelial keratomileusis（ LASEK） for myopia patients,and to provide basis for clinical nursing by observation and analysis on effect of nursing intervention. Methods： 166 patients with myopia,treated by LASEK,were selected in the hospital from January in 2012 to October in 2013. According to the nursing method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,82 with 152 eyes of the control group were treated with routine nursing,84 cases of 155 myopia eyes of the observation group were treated by the whole course nursing. Main indexes were of postoperative effect and the symptoms of patients,postoperative visual acuity and diopter recovery situation,and to evaluate the patients with anxiety,depression status and satisfaction. Results： The average visual acuity and diopter in two groups one week,one month and three months after operation,there were significant differences（ P 〈0. 05）; The average visual acuity and diopter after one month in the observation group were（ 1. 13 ± 0. 10） D and（ 0. 74 ±0. 09） D,the control group were（ 1. 02 ± 0. 13） D and（ 0. 89 ± 0. 17） D,the differences were significant（ P 〈0. 05）. SAS and SDS of the observation group were 44. 36 ± 2. 29 and 43. 28 ± 3. 13,lower than those of the control group（ 56. 14 ± 2. 08 and 54. 09 ± 3. 16）（ P 〈0. 05）; The services satisfied of observation group were of 77. 38%（ 65 /84）,significantly higher than those of the control group 62. 20%（ 51 /82）（ P 〈0. 05）; Unsatisfactory services of the observation group were of 3. 57%（ 3 /84）,lower than those of the control group 17. 07%（ 14 /82）（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： LASEK has good curative effect on the treatment for myopia. The whole course nursing can eliminate the patient tension,reduce the anxiety and depression of patients,recover vision,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
