河南省产学研合作创新的现状分析

摘　　要：本文以《中国科技统计年鉴》为数据来源,对河南省规模以上工业企业、科研机构、高等院校三个部门之间产学研合作创新的发展状况进行系统的数量分析,以找出河南省产学研合作创新过程中出现的问题以及存在的优势和不足,为政府和相关部门制定促进产学研合作创新运行的政策措施提供参考。in this paper,taking China Statistical Yearbook on Science and Technology as the data source,thedevelopment situation of IUR（industry university research） cooperative innovation Henan province between three de-partments of scaled industrial enterprises,scientific research institutions,institutions of higher education is system-ically and quantitively analyzed to find out the problems of Henan Province IUR cooperative innovation process andthe advantages and disadvantages,thus providing reference for the government and the relevant departments tomake policies and measures which can promote the development of the cooperative innovation operation.
