摘  要:本文介绍基于嵌入式PLC平台的运动控制器设计和实现。该运动控制器实现了运动控制位置、计数和速度三个运动控制系统典型模块。而嵌入式PLC内核的平台优势,使得其具备了类似PLC逻辑控制和复杂运算的能力,极大的简化运动控制系统的设计,拓展了运动控制器的应用范围。This paper introduces the design and implementation of the motion controller based on the embedded PLC. It realizes three typical modules of the motion control, including position,count and speed module. The platform advantage of the embedded PLC, makes it obtain logic control and complex operation fuction similar with PLC, will greatly simplify the design of motion control system.The paper introduces the architecture and implementation principle of the embeded PLC kernel, focuses on the design process and specific implementation of motion controller based on the platform, and then lists detailed test results of the product. Finally, with a specific application case, to present its advantages compared with the traditional motion controller.
