摘 要:目的探讨TBL在研究生腹腔镜临床教学中的应用经验。方法通过在南方医科大学第二临床医学院外科研究生腹腔镜临床教学中试行"以团队为基础的学习"模式(Team-based learning,TBL),并与传统的以授课为基础的教学模式(Lecture-based Learning,LBL)进行对比。结果 TBL组在腔镜理论知识的掌握、腹腔镜扶镜操作要点的掌握和学习主动性等方面均优于对照组。结论 TBL可明显提升学生的学习积极性和团队协作精神,培养其独立的临床思维和操作能力,从而提高教学质量。Objective To discuss the application experience of TBL in clinical laparoscopic teaching of graduate students. Methods Used pilot TBL (based on Team learning) during Laparoscopic clinical teaching of graduate student in southern medical university second clinical medical college, and to compare TBL with LBL (Lecture-based Learning) mode. Results TBL group was better than the control group in mastering the laparoscopic theoretical knowledge and the technique of the operation of laparoscope, even in learning motivation. Conclusion TBL can obviously intensify the students' learning enthusiasm and teamwork spirit, while cultivate their independent ability of clinical thinking and operating, so that to improve the teaching quality.
