摘　　要：目的：研究分析高龄白内障患者使用非超乳小切口白内障手术的临床效果。方法根据2007～2009年我院的120例小切口非超声乳化白内障手术患者来进行探讨分析，对患者的手术效果进行研究。结果患者术后视力获得了一定的恢复，有117例患者的视力恢复超过了0.5，总体有效率为97.5%；患者的并发症经过处理后均痊愈，无严重并发症病例出现。结论临床中高龄白内障患者接受小切口非超声乳化手术治疗的效果比较好，患者临床不良反应存在，但是积极的治疗还是可以治愈的，因此临床安全性较高，患者视力有较大的几率获得恢复。Objective To study the effect of senile cataract patients treated with phacoemulsiifcation small incision cataract operation. Methods From 2007 to 2009, our hospital received 120 patients with cataract and treated with small incision non phacoemulsiifcation operation, to study the effect of operation. Results The visual acuity obtained certain recovery, 117 patients’ eyesight recovery was more than 0.5, the overall efficiency was 97.5%, complications were cured after treatment, there was no severe complication cases. Conclusion For elderly patients with cataract, small incision non phacoemulsification operation treatment has better effect, although there were still reactions , but we can deal them with active treatment, so the clinical safety is still fairly high.
