中西医结合预防宫颈癌根治术后性功能障碍的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中药制剂千金妇宝联合雌二醇预防宫颈癌根治术后性功能障碍的临床效果。方法:选取100例我院行宫颈癌根治术的患者作为观察对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,采用中文版女性性功能量表(CVFSFI)对患者进行问卷调查。结果:观察组患者性欲低下、性厌恶、性兴奋障碍、性交疼痛、阴道痉挛、性高潮障碍的总有效率分别为100.00%、94.59%、80.00%、88.46%、100.00%、100.00%,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组性欲低下、性厌恶、性兴奋障碍、性交疼痛、阴道痉挛、性高潮障碍的中医症候积分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:千金妇宝联合雌二醇可有效预防和改善宫颈癌根治术后患者性功能障碍,提高患者性欲望,减少性交痛、阴道痉挛等情况的发生。Objectives： To observe the effect of Chinese herba preparation,Qianjin Fubao,combined with estradiol treatment on sexual dysfunction after radical resection of cervical cancer. Methods： 100 patients received radical resection of cervical cancer in our hospital were selected as observed objects randomly and were divided into two groups,observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. The Chinese version Female Sex Functioning Scale（ CVFSFI） patient questionnaire was used. Results： The total effective rates of low sexual desire,sexual aversion,sexual arousal disorder,dyspareunia,vaginismus and orgasmic disorder in observation group were100. 00%,94. 59%,80. 00%,88. 46%,100. 00% and 100. 00% respectively. Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）; symptom scores of low sexual desire,sexual aversion,sexual arousal disorder,dyspareunia,vaginismus and orgasmic disorder in observation group were lower than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese herba preparation,Qianjin Fubao,combined with estradiol can effectively prevent and improve sexual dysfunction,improve sexual desire,reduce pain and vaginal spasm during intercourse and so on.
