原发性输卵管癌7例临床分析并文献复习

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性输卵管癌的临床表现和诊断治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院2004年1月至2013年12月收治的7例原发性输卵管癌病例的临床资料。结果:患者平均年龄61.8岁,均为绝经后女性;最常见的临床表现分别为盆腔包块(5例),阴道异常流血(4例),下腹痛(3例),阴道排液(1例);血CA-125升高3例;行宫腔镜检查或诊断性刮宫2例;术前诊断为输卵管癌2例,输卵管囊肿1例,卵巢肿瘤3例,子宫内膜癌1例,术前诊断率为28.6%。结论:原发性输卵管癌临床症状不典型,且无特异检查手段,术前确诊率低。阴道超声及血CA-125检测有助于原发性输卵管癌的早期诊断。Objectives： To investigate the clinical presentation and diagnosis of primary carcinoma of fallopian tube. Methods： 7 cases of primary carcinoma of fallopian tube treated at our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The mean age was 61. 8 years old,all of whom were menopausal women. The most common clinical symptoms were pelvic mass（ 5 cases）,abnormal vaginal bleeding（ 4 cases）,abdominal pain（ 3 cases）,vaginal discharge（ 1 cases）. Conclusion： Primary carcinoma of fallopian tube is a rare gynecologic malignancy disease which has various and nonspecific presentations,and the preoperative diagnosis is extremely difficult. Sonography and sera CA- 125 may be conducive to the early diagnosis of primary carcinoma of fallopian tube.
