摘　　要：目的 通过对心肺复苏过程中人工呼吸与胸外按压先后顺序对心肺复苏成功率,颅内压变化及肺泡氧浓度的比较,探讨两者先后顺序对心肺复苏的影响.方法 将实验犬分为两组,通过静脉注射镇静药物咪达唑仑将实验犬镇静,实验组与对照组都给予气管插管,颅内压监测.两组实验犬通过窒息的方法,使实验犬心跳骤停,实验组按照A-B-C顺序进行心肺复苏,对照组按照C-A-B进行心肺复苏,记录两组心肺复苏的结果,颅内压,测血红蛋白（HB）、脉搏血氧饱和度（SPO2）、动脉氧分压（PaO2）,进而计算出肺泡氧浓度,并进行统计学分析.结果 ①实验组与对照组心肺复苏成功率存在差异,差异无统计学意义（P=0.5）;②实验组与对照组颅内压无明显差异（P=0.5）3.实验组与对照组肺泡氧浓度存在差异,差异有统计学意义（P=0.005）.结论 人工呼吸与胸外按压先后顺序对心肺复苏成功率影响无明显差异.Objective To locate the best effect for cardiopulmonary resuscitation by defining the sequence of artificial respiration and chest compression, as well as the change of ICP and alveolar oxygen concentration. Methods 40 dogs were randomly divided into two groups, experiment （A-B-C） group and control （C-A-B） group of which all dogs were given endotracheal intubation and intracranial pressure monitoring. All the dogs were cardiac arrested before cardiopulmonary resuscitation was given. The xperiment group was performed with A-B-C sequence, and the control group with C-A-B sequence. Intracranial pressure, measurement of hemoglobin （HB）,pulse oxygen saturation （SPO2）, arterial partial pressure of oxygen （PaO2）,were recorded, and then the alveolar oxygen concentration was calculated and analyzed statistically. Results （1）The difference in successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation rate was found in between the experiment group and the control group, even though the differences carrying no statistical significance （P = 0.5）; （2）No significant difference in intracranial pressure was found between the two groups （P =0.5）; 3. A statistical difference was found in alveolar oxygen concentration between the two groups （P =0.005）. Conclusion The result indicated that the sequence of A-B-C or C-A-B doesn＇ t change the successful rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
