拓展医药卫生科技查新业务的思考

摘　　要：分析查新工作的现状与特点,阐述在新形式下查新工作的新问题,结合解放军医学图书馆信息服务部的现状,提出将查新业务向更深层次的信息咨询保障服务拓展的策略,包括发展兼职查新员、建立协作平台、与知识服务协同发展、拓展情报研究服务。The paper analyzes the current status and characteristics of scientific and technical novelty assessment,elaborates the new problems in the new era,combining with the information service status in Medical Library of Chinese PLA,it proposes the countermeasures of expanding novelty assessment service to developed information consultation service,including developing part- time novelty assessment personnel,constructing collaboration platform,launching cooperative development with knowledge service,expanding intelligence research service.
