海斯摩尔纤维针织面料服用性能研究

摘　　要：基于海斯摩尔纤维的基本性能研究,采用海斯摩尔纤维、莫代尔、棉纤维混纺纱(10∶12∶78)在Stoll电脑横机上编织6种组织的织物。测试和分析6种海斯摩尔纤维混纺纱针织面料的各项服用性能,包括透气性、透湿性、保温性、刚柔性、坚牢度、耐折皱性、抗起毛起球性和抗菌性等,并运用模糊数学综合评价方法对该类面料服用性能进行评价。结果表明:海斯摩尔纤维混纺纱针织面料的各项服用性能均满足针织物服用性能要求,非常适合开发针织服饰,尤其是四季贴身衣物,具有良好的经济价值。Based on the basic characteristics of Hismer fiber, the paper develops six kinds of knitted fabrics on Stoll computerized fiat knitting machine by using Hismer fiber/Modal/cotton blended yarns（the blended ratio is 10：12：78）. It also tests the main wearing properties of these Hismer knitted fabrics, including air permeability, moisture per- meability, heat retention, flexibility, fastness, wrinkle resistance, pilling resistance and anti-bacteria and so on. In addition, it makes a comprehensive evaluation for the testing results by using a fuzzy mathematical method. It points out that all the testing properties of Hismer fiber knitted fabric can meet the wearing request, and it is very suitable for developing knitted apparel, especially the four season＇s intimate clothing, which has good economic value and social benefit.
