大学生村官心理问题的成因及对策

摘　　要：大学生村官是指到农村(含社区)担任村党支部书记助理、村主任助理或其他职务的具有大专以上学历的应届或往届大学毕业生。目前大学生村官常见的心理问题有社会文化环境适应不良、自我效能感低、人际关系困扰、人格障碍和职业倦怠等。College students village officer refers to the college or university graduates（ communities） served as Assistant Secretary of the village party branch,Assistant to the Director of the village or other positions in the rural areas. Social maladjustment,low self- efficacy and burnout,interpersonal problems and personality disorders and other psychological problems are common to the college students village officers.
