摘  要:以丙烯酰胺AM、丙烯酸AA为单体,在过硫酸铵等引发剂的作用下,与淀粉接枝共聚合成具有适宜吸水倍数和体膨倍数并具备较高强度的材料。考察反应中各因素对体膨材料性能的影响,根据实际应用选取较适宜合成配方(质量比):1.2淀粉+1单体(1.5AA∶1AM)+4%交联剂+0.72%引发剂(2过硫酸铵∶1亚硫酸钠)。在合成过程中添加廉价材料纤维,膨润土和石棉做强度支撑剂,降低材料成本,并考察支撑剂单独使用和复配使用对产物吸水性能、强度等影响趋势。评价不同种类及用量的吸水体膨材料对凝胶体系类堵剂性能的影响,探讨了体膨材料基本性能与影响效果之间的关系。A swellable materials were developed with acrylamide, strach and acrlic as the raw materials, and ammonium persulfate as initiator. The graft copolymer of straeh had suitable properties of water absorbing and volumetric expansion and high-impact. The effects of the various factors on the properties of materials were investigated. According to the practical application, following mass ratio was selected: 1.2 strach : 1 roomers( 1.5AA : 1AM) : 40/0 crosslinber : 0. 72% initiator. Fiber, bentonite and asbestos were added in the process of synthesis for saving cost. The effects of these support agents to material properties were investigated. The experimental results showed that it led to different effects when the support agents were combined or used separately. Under different sorts, use level, applied effect of the gels plugging agents was tested and the relationship of basic properties and the applied effect was studied.
