摘  要:生物化学实验是深入理解生化理论知识的重要途径,同时,它在培养学生实践动手能力以及塑造创新思维能力等方面有着重要的作用。然而,传统的生物化学实验教学在许多方面存在着不足,本文结合我校中药学专业本科生物化学实验教学现状,对生物化学实验教学内容、实验课时、教学体系以及考核方式改革等方面进行探讨及经验总结,以期为我校其他专业以及相关院校生物化学实验教学提供一些参考。Biochemistry experiment is an important way to deeply understand the biochemical theory. At the same time, it plays an important role incuhivating students' practical ability and shaping of innovative thinking ability. However, the traditional experimental teaching of biochemistry in many ways exist deficiencies. Combined with the present situation of biochemical experiment teaching system of bachelor degreein chinese pharmacy, the reform of biochemical experiment teaching content, experiment lesson, teaching systemand assessment methods were discussed and summarized. The aim of present study was to provide some reference for biological chemistry experiment teaching of other specialty in our and related college.
