摘  要:通过室内水培实验方法观察不同重金属污染浓度控制下龙葵、青杞和天仙子3种种子的发芽势、发芽率、芽长和抗氧化活性的变化。结果表明,不同浓度Pb2+污染和Cr3+污染对3种种子的发芽势、发芽率、芽长以及幼苗的抗氧化活性均表现出抑制作用,且随着浓度的增加,抑制作用逐渐增强。当Cr3+浓度达200 mg/L和Pb2+浓度达500 mg/L时,对3种种子的萌发情况影响显著。天仙子和龙葵幼苗的抗氧化活性均随着铅浓度和铬浓度的增加而降低。而青杞在Pb2+浓度达200 mg/L和Cr3+浓度达25 mg/L时抗氧化活性均有所回升,之后随铅和铬浓度的增加而降低。Utilizing the hydroponics, the author have researched the variance of germination percentage, bud length and Antioxidant activity, caused by various heavy metal ion, of seeds of three species including Hyoscyamus niger L. Solanum nigrum L. and Solanum septemlobum Bunge. The consequence revealed that the Pb^2+ and Cr^3 + presented more and more severe inhibition on the bud length, germination percentage and antioxidant activity of the three kinds of plants with the increasing of concentration. Also did that of Pb^2 + and Cr^3 + on the antioxidant activity of Hyoscyamus niger L and Solanum nigrum L. Especially, while the Cr^3 + was 200 mg/L then Pb^2+ to 500 mg/L, the inhibition showed particularly outstanding on the germination percentage of the three . It must be pointed out that,with Pb^2+ and Cr^3+ being 200 mg/L and 25 mg/L respectively,the inhibition on antioxidant activity of Solanum septemlobum Bunge happened to be week, but enhance with the succeeding increasing in concentration of the two typical ions. as well.
