丝羽乌骨鸡种蛋的蛋比重对繁殖性能的影响

摘　　要：试验以丝羽乌骨鸡为素材,以仙居鸡、固始鸡和狼山鸡种蛋为对照组,探索蛋比重是否影响种蛋的受精率、孵化率及出雏时间。将种蛋测定蛋比重以后进行孵化,在孵化过程中观测种蛋的受精率、孵化率和出雏时间。试验结果表明:不同类型鸡种的蛋比重平均级别差异显著,反映了鸡种的蛋比重种质特性不同;种蛋的蛋比重与种蛋的受精率无关;部分鸡种的蛋比重与其孵化率及出雏时间密切相关。由此可见,蛋比重对繁殖性能有重要的影响。Making Silky Chicken eggs specific gravity as material ,Xianju chicken, Gushi chicken and Langshan Chicken Eggs as control group, effect of the egg specific gravity on egg fertilization rate, hatching rate and hatching time was explored. During the pro- cess of hatching egg, egg fertilization rate, hatching rate and hatching time were observed. The results showed that average level of different types of chicken egg specific gravity have significant difference, different types of chicken have different germplasm charac- teristics. Egg specific gravity has nothing to do with egg fertilization rate; chicken eggs specific gravity is relevant to the hatching rate and hatching time. Thus, egg specific gravity has an important effect on reproductive performance.
