摘　　要：针对医学显微图像观察存在的问题,提出了一种SURF算法,即运用SURF算法实现了医学显微图像特征点的提取与初步匹配。针对匹配中存在的匹配误差问题,采用RANSAC算法对图像进行二次提纯,并通过试验对算法进行了验证。Aimed at the existing problem of medical microscopic images, an improved SURF algorithm was proposed, which is using the SURF algorithm and the preliminary matching feature point extraction of medical microscopic image. Fo cused on the problems of matching error in match, used RANSAC algorithm for secondary refining, and through the experi ments, verified the algorithm.
