摘　　要：文章剖析了我国农业科研院所科研管理的现状,总结了农业科研管理在人才队伍建设、管理模式探索方面存在的普遍问题,针对科研管理人员专业素质较低、工作动力不足,管理上分工不明确,信息技术落后以及科研档案不健全的问题提出招聘专业的管理专业人才,加强管理人员培训,制定行之有效的激励机制,明确分工,建立信息化管理平台,健全科研档案管理的对策。Current situation of administration of agricultural research institutions was explored and general problems of the staff construction and the administration mode in the agricultural scientific research management was summarized in the paper. To solve problems such as the unqualified management staff, the lack of career motivation in the staff construction and the unclear distribution in work, the outdated information technology and the incomplete scientific research file in the work of management, suggestions were put forward, such as to recruit professional management elites, to enforce the training of the management staff, to make effective incentive mechanism, to clarify everyone′ s work, to construct the information management platform, to improve the scientific research file management.
