摘  要:目的观察子宫内膜癌组织中磷酸化ERK-1(P-ERK-1)及磷酸化AKT(PAKT)表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测78例子宫内膜癌组织、40例正常子宫内膜组织中P-ERK-1和P-AKT的表达情况。结果子宫内膜癌组织中P-ERK-1和P-AKT表达定位于细胞核和细胞膜,其表达率分别为74%(58/78)和77%(60/78),明显高于正常子宫内膜组织(P均〈0.05);子宫内膜癌组织中,P-ERK-1和P-AKT蛋白在组织学分级G2、G3级及病理分期Ⅱ、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期的表达率分别高于G1级和Ⅰ期(P均〈0.05),与肌层浸润程度有关(P〈0.05);P-ERK-1表达与无淋巴结转移、病理组织类型无关(P均〉0.05);P-AKT与有无淋巴结转移有关(P〈0.05),而与病理组织类型无关(P〉0.05);相关性分析显示,二者之间呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论 P-ERK-1和P-AKT在子宫内膜癌组织中过度表达,与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关。Objective It is to investigate the expressions of ERK- 1 (P- ERK- 1 ) and AKT( P- AKT) in human endo- metrial carcinoma. Methods Using SP immunohistochemistry method, the expression of P - ERK - 1 and P - AKT in the specimens of 78 cases with endometrial carcinoma and 40 cases with normal endometrium were determined. Results The ex- pressions of P - ERK - 1 and P - AKT in human endometrial carcinoma were located with the nucleus and the cell membrane. The positive expression rates were 74% (58/78) and 77% (60/78) respecitively, which were significantly higher than that in normal tissue (P 〈 0.05 ). In the tissue of endometrial carcinoma, the expression of P - ERK - 1 and P - AKT inmoderate- lypoorly differentiated( G2 - G3) and stage Ⅱ -Ⅲ cases was significantly higher than that in well differentiated ( G1 ) and stage I cases( P 〈 0.05 ), and were related with myometrial invasion( P 〈 0.05 ), and they were not related with pathology pattern of organization(P 〉 0.05) ; they were positively correlated with each other (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion P - ERK - 1 and P - AKT were highly expressed in the endometrial cancinoma and their expressions were related with the development and the me- tastasis of this cancer.
