摘　　要：特色专业建设是一项涉及专业建设多方面创新和变革的教学改革活动,其指导思想影响着学校专业建设的方向、进程和绩效。对地方高校特色专业建设进行分析,从专业建设的内涵、定位、参与度等方面,阐述了目前地方高校特色专业建设中存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出对策。Construction of characteristic specialty is a major construction activity, which involves many aspects of innovation and change. Its guiding thought influenced the school of professional construction direction, process and performance. The construction of characteristic specialty in local colleges and universities is analyzed. From the connotation, specialty construction location, participation and other aspects, the existing problems in the construction of characteristic specialties in local university at present are expounded. Some effective countermeasures to solve these problems are given.
