河南省部分地区鸡大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及耐药性研究

摘　　要：为了解河南省鸡场大肠杆菌的流行情况,对采自周口、商丘、安阳等6个地区的腹泻鸡病料进行病原的细菌学检验和药敏试验,经分离培养、形态染色镜检、生化试验、血清学试验和动物试验,共分离鉴定出11株鸡大肠杆菌,有5种血清型,分别为O14、O15、O24、O143、O157。动物试验结果表明,分离鉴定出的这5种血清型大肠杆菌均有致病性,且毒力不同,其中从周口、开封、鹤壁分离的菌株毒力强,死亡率均为100%。药敏试验结果表明,大部分菌株对链霉素、阿莫西林/棒酸敏感,对头孢唑啉、强力霉素、氨苄西林、磷霉素、呋喃妥因均存在不同程度的耐药现象,其中对强力霉素、氨苄西林、头孢唑啉严重耐药。This research was performed to understand the Escherichia coli epidemic situation in chicken farms of Henan province. Bacteriological examination and drug susceptibility test of pathogens were executed to the chicken diarrhea disease material from six regions of Henan province,Zhoukou,Shangqiu,Anyang and so on. Eleven Escherichia coli strains were isolated by isolating and culturing,morphological observation,biochemical test,serological test and animal experiment. The result of serologic test showed that these serotypes had five serotype O14,O15,O24,O143 and O157. The result of animal experiment showed that the isolated strains were pathogenic Escherichia coli and the virulence were different. The strains from Zhoukou,Kaifeng and Hebi were virulent and the mortality rate was 100%. The drug susceptibility test showed that most strains were sensitive to streptomycin and amoxicillin / acid,but had different levels of resistance to cefazolin,doxycycline,ampicillin,fosfomycin and nitrofurantoin,and the most of strains were serious resistant to doxycycline,ampicillin and cefazolin.
