锡镀层钨-硫彩色簇合物膜的红外光谱和光电子能谱表征  

Characterization of Colored W-S Cluster Compound Film on Electroplated Tin Coating by Infrared Spectrometry and X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy

摘  要:目前,关于金属镀层表面钨-硫彩色簇合物功能修饰膜的研究较少。在Stb32钢板表面电镀锡,利用(NH4)2WS4溶液与锡镀层表面发生配位化学反应,得到钨-硫彩色簇合物膜,膜层具有金属光泽,加热处理后其颜色发生变化。用红外光谱(FT-IR)、远红外光谱(F-IR)、拉曼光谱(FT-Raman)和光电子能谱(XPS)和俄歇电子能谱(AES)研究了簇合物膜层的组成、结构和反应机理。结果表明,簇合物膜中存在W-S-Sn配位键、端基W-S和端基W-O键;膜层由W,S,Sn和O元素组成,在膜层表面W,S,Sn,O分别呈W6+,S6+,S4+,S2-,Sn2+,O2-形式;在膜内层W6+,W4+共存,其他元素分别呈Sn2+,S2-,O2-形式;膜为多分子层结构,膜层厚150~260 nm,其中红棕色膜层的组成(原子分数)为29.5%Sn,21.2%W,32.5%S,16.8%O。Electroplated Sn coating was prepared on Stb32 steel sheet.Resultant Sn coating was then immersed in(NH_4)_2 WS_4solution to afford colored W-S cluster compound functional modification film via coordination reaction.The as-obtained film had metallic luster,and its color varied upon heating.The structure,composition and reaction mechanism of the colored W-S cluster compound film were analyzed by infrared spectrometry,near inIrared spectrometry,Raman spectrometry as well as X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Auger electron spectroscopy.Results indicated that there were W-S-Sn bond,terminal W-S bond and terminal W-O bond in the as- prepared W-S cluster compound film,and the film mainly consisted of W,S,Sn and 0 elements.W^(6+),S^(6+),S^(4+),S^(2-),Sn^(2+),and O^(2-) were present on the film surface.W^(6+) and W^(4+) were coexistent at subsurface of the film,while Sn^(2+),S^(2-) and O^(2-) were present thereat.Besides,as-prepared W-S functional modification film exhibited structure of multi-molecular layer and a thickness of 150 ~ 260 nm.Particularly,the brown W-S film was composed of 29.5%Sn(atomic fraction;the same hereafter),21.2%W,32.5%S,and16.8%O.
