亚里士多德《政治学》中的社会管理思想及其启示

摘　　要：从社会管理的视角透视亚里士多德的《政治学》,不仅能够帮助人们更加本真和完整地理解文本,而且有助于人们更好地改变一维性的传统文化精神状态。在《政治学》中,亚里士多德从"治理""善治""法治""权变"和"分权"等维度阐述了丰富而深刻的社会管理思想。在古代哲人的启示下,有必要重新考量社会管理的主体、理念、手段、方式、机构等若干问题,进而适时创新社会管理,推动社会不断发展进步。To examine Aristotle＇s ＂Politics＂ from social management view not only helps people understand the text more deeply and completely, hut also helps to change their traditional one-dimensional cultural spirit. Aristotle expounds a richer and deeper social managing philoso- phy with the dimension of ＂managing＂,＂ legislation＂ ,＂power＂ and ＂power distribution＂. This enlightens us to re-consider the subject, philosophy, method, and institution of social manage- ment so as to innovate social management and push forward the advancement of society.
