摘　　要：警察职业化是社会分工和警察制度发展的必然趋势。公安机关人民警察队伍职业化建设主要包括职业准入、职业意识、职业道德、职业技能、职业形象、职业保障、职业监督等方面。加快警察队伍职业化建设,要加强党的领导,完善公安管理体制改革,加强公安教育训练工作,从严治警和从优待警相结合,加强警察公共关系工作。Police Professionalism is an inevitable trend of the social division of labor and the police system development. The people＇s police professionalism construction in public security organs includes profession access, profession awareness, profession ethics, profession skills, profession image, profession security, and profession supervision, etc. To accelerate the construction of professional police force, the party ＇s leadership should be strengthened; the public security management system reform should be consummated; the police education and training should be improved; running the police strictly and giving special treatment with police should be combined, and the police public relations work must be intensified.
