内陆开放型加工贸易研发机构落户影响因素研究——以重庆市电子信息产业为例

摘　　要：为吸引和培育研发机构落户内陆,从科技人力资源、研发服务与配套、知识产权和专利、所属企业状况、政府政策扶持5个维度建立了R&D机构落户内陆影响因素的重要性与满意度评价指标体系。以重庆市电子信息产业为研究对象,对R&D机构、企业高层管理人员和专家进行了问卷调查,基于113份有效问卷调查数据,利用卡诺模型的差值比对法,得到内陆开放型加工贸易模式下R&D机构落户内陆亟待解决的4个主要问题,为引进更多R&D机构落户内陆提出了对策建议。For the purpose of attracting R＆D Institutions located inland, we established the importance and satisfaction index system from five dimensions, which include human resources, R＆D supply supporting and services, intellectual property, conditions of enterprise and governmental policy support. Selecting the electronic information industry in Chongqing as the research object, we give a questionnaire survey to the senior managers and experts in R＆D institutions and enterprise. Based on the date of 113 valid questionnaire, we obtained 4 factors that urgent to be improved on locating the ？ R＆D？ institutions inland under the background of processing trade of open mode inland by applying the comparison of Kano model combining with difference. On the basis of above, the article proposed several measures for introducing R＆D institutions being located inland.
