摘  要:目的探讨熊果酸对CCl4灌胃所致小鼠急性肝损伤的治疗作用。方法雄性昆明小鼠(KM小鼠)25只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、熊果酸低剂量组(10mg/mL)、熊果酸中剂量组(20mg/mL)、熊果酸高剂量组(40mg/mL)。各组以相同给药体积灌胃给药或者给生理盐水,隔天1次,连续4周。每天观察小鼠体征变化。造模后禁食不禁水24h后,处死小鼠,剖取肝脏,观察比较肝脏组织表型和病理切片形态。结果与模型组相比,实验组小鼠体质量、毛色、反应等方面得到一定恢复。肝脏解剖外观和病理切片均提示,实验组小鼠的肝损伤程度低于模型组。结论熊果酸对小鼠急性肝损伤具有治疗作用。Objective To investigate the protective effects of ursolic acid on acute liver induced by CCl4 in mice.Methods Twenty-five KM male mice were randomly divided into five groups as the control group,model group,experimental group for ursolic acid(10,20,40mg/mL).Every group was given the same volume of medicine or physiological saline for once every two days.Mice were monitored daily signs every day.Four weeks later,mice were killed and the liver tissue was observed.Results Compared with the model group,the mice of the experimental group got some recovery.The appearance of liver and the pathological sections showed that the mice of the experimental group got less injury in liver than those of the model group.Conclusion Ursolic acid can improve the acute liver injury of the mice.
