摘　　要：批注式编辑可以有效提高编辑效率和作者修改效率,有助于编辑知识的更新和作者写作水平的提高,促进编辑与作者的交流以及编辑之间的相互学习。When editing manuscripts, using document annotations can effectively improve the efficiency of editing and is convenient for authors to revise the manuscripts. Furthermore, it is helpful for editors to update editorial knowledge and for authors to improve writing ability, and promotes the communication between editors and authors, as well as the mutual learning among editors.
