摘  要:为测定肉仔鸡对浒苔中能量及氨基酸的利用率,本试验选用体重基本一致、强饲后无怪癖、无异嗜、无明显应激反应的21日龄AA商品肉鸡48只,随机分为甲乙两组,每组6个重复,每个重复4只鸡(公母各半)。甲组饲喂基础日粮,乙组饲喂由94%基础日粮与6%浒苔组成的试验日粮。采用强饲、全部收粪法测定了浒苔中能量及氨基酸的表观利用率。结果表明:肉仔鸡浒苔表观代谢能为9.65 MJ/kg干物质,干物质、粗蛋白质和总氨基酸表观利用率分别为62.86%、63.63%和73.27%,必需氨基酸平均利用率为75.98%。由此可见,肉仔鸡日粮中添加浒苔可显著提高日粮干物质、能量、粗蛋白质、总氨基酸及必需氨基酸的表观利用率。In order to determine the metabolizable energy and amino acid utilization rate of enteromorpha prolifera in broilers, forty-eight AA broilers of 21-days-old with the same weight basically, no quirks after feeding input, no pica, and no significant stress response were selected,and randomly divided into two groups (group A and group B) with 6 replica- tions of 4 each (half male and half female).Group A was fed with basal diet,group B were fed with 94% basal diet+6% enteromorpha prolifera.The metabolizable energy and amino acid utilization rate of enteromorpha prolifera in broilers were determined by gavage method and total collection method.The results showed that:the apparent metabolizable energy of enteromorpha prolifera in broilers was 9.65 MJ/kg dry matter,and utilization rate of dry matter,crude protein and total amino acids were 62.86%, 63.63%,73.27%,the average utilization rate of essential amino acid was 75.98%.The results indicated that the supplementation of enteromorpha prolafera in diets of broilers could significantly improve apparent utilization rate of dietary dry matter, energy, crude protein, total amino acid and essential amino acid.
