PbMoO_4和TeO_2声光偏转器的仿真及特性分析

摘　　要：该文设计了中心频率100MHz、在0.632 8μm波长激光下工作的PbMoO4和TeO2正常声光偏转器,并给出了2个器件的尺寸设计参数,然后使用MATLAB软件对2个器件进行仿真,根据得到的最大衍射效率、工作带宽及渡越时间等特性曲线和参数,对2种偏转器的工作特性进行了分析。仿真结果表明,TeO2偏转器的工作特性较PbMoO4偏转器有一定提升。In this paper,PbMoO4 and TeO2normal acousto-optical deflectors with center frequency of 100 MHz and operating at laser length of 0.632 8μm.The size design parameters of two deflectors are given.The characteristics of deflectors are analyzed through maximum diffraction efficiency,bandwidth,transit time and other performance characteristics and curves obtained from the simulation of two deflectors on MATLAB software.The simulation result shows that TeO2 deflector has an improvement on characteristics comparing with PbMoO4 deflector.
