摘　　要：用平衡计分卡对物流管理效率的顾客层面,财务层面,内部业务流程层面,学习与成长层面的业绩评价方法进行了探讨和研究,提出了一些评价其管理行为的方法。Use the balanced scorecard to logistics management efficiency of the customer level, financial level, the level of internal business processes, learning and growing level of performance evaluation method is discussed and the research, put forward some way to evaluate its management behavior.
