摘　　要：高校田径运动队的成立是高校体育教育发展进步的表现。本文分析了高校田径运动队的训练特点以及其中存在的问题,并探究了田径运动队的组织管理方法,以推动田径运动教学走向专业化、正规化。The establishment of track and field team in university is representative of the improvement of university physical education.This paper analyzes the training characteristics and problems of track and field team in university,and explores the scientific methods of organization and management of track and field team in order to promote the standardization and specialization of track and field teaching.
