医院应对不明原因食物中毒事件策略

摘　　要：本文结合原因不明食物中毒的实例分析,探讨发挥医院在处理原因不明食物中毒中的积极作用。提出医院应从建立食物中毒医疗救治体系、完善报告制度、强化医务人员食物中毒和法律知识培训方面加强管理,使医院不仅能够快速高效地治病救人,更能明确食物中毒原因,为应对其他类似事件提供经验借鉴。The practice in the treatment of unknown caused food poisoning patients were introduced,and the suggestions were given as following： set up a medical treatment system for food poisoning,establish the reporting system,strengthen the training of the medical personnel of food poisoning treatment and the law intensively.These will provide a reference for hospitals to improve the treatment efficiently,but also a way to determine the causes of food poisoning.
