摘　　要：本文针对卫生事业管理学员的专业培养要求,提出卫生事业管理专业应当实施翻转课堂,流程包含课前设计与资料准备、课程实施与任务完成、全程评估与质量控制。实施翻转课堂需要满足一定的条件,即建立信息化支撑平台,革新教员教学理念与能力,激发学员自主学习能力。One of education requirement of students major in health management is to innovate the students＇ autonomic learning ability,flipped classroom is up to this requirement. The design of the flipped classroom includes teaching design and data preparation before class,implementing and accomplishing task in class,evaluation and quality control. To implement flipped classroom,the establishment of information- based platform,innovation of teaching idea and ability are the basic conditions.
