高校人才培养与区域产业发展适应性分析——以福建师范大学福清分校为例

摘　　要：人才培养作为高校四大职能之首,引领并作用于其他三项职能的发挥。随着区域产业发展对高校人才培养质量及与产业发展适应性的要求日益提高,影响高校人才培养的就业选择、学科专业建设、"双师型"师资队伍建设、实训基地建设及校企合作等亟需进行改革。课题组在对福建师范大学福清分校人才培养及福建省、福州市、福清市产业发展状况充分调研的基础上,提出了相关优化建议。As one of the four major functions in Colleges and universities, personnel training plays a leading role and is conducive to the development of the other three functions. With the development of regional industry and the increasing requirements of qualified college talents to industrial development, we are in urgent need of reforms, including employment choice, subject construction, team construction of double-professional teachers, construction of practice training base and school-enterprise cooperation. The research group put forward the relevant suggestions on the reform based on the research of personnel training of Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University and the development of industry in Fujian Province.
