摘　　要：菜粮兼用作物南瓜在16世纪初期传入我国。南瓜虽然不是我国传统作物,但推广速度很快,17世纪中期就遍布祖国的大江南北。同时,南瓜的加工、利用也发展很快,加工、利用技术较为成熟,方式多样,体现了我国古代劳动人民的智慧。Pumpkin was introduced into China in the early sixteenth Century which is an important food and vegetable. Although pumpkin is not Chinese traditional crops, but its promotion speed is very quick, which had been all over the country in the mid seventeenth Century. Processing and utilization of pumpkin developed very fast and embodied the wisdom of the ancient people.
